Our Community

Mt. Sterling. Our hometown.

We see ourselves as a member of the community, not just a service provider. The Ballroom hosts events. Staff sit on the Rotary Club. The neighborhood knows our residents and our residents know the neighborhood.

Our Team

Names, not titles, are how things get done.

Cliff White, founder and second-generation senior living operator, leads a small team of long-tenured staff. Susan Abercrombie runs day-to-day operations. Derek Markin directs resident service. Alicia Chargualaf hires the people who set the tone. We are a Kentucky-certified assisted living community (license #101497), licensed and regulated by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Office of Inspector General, Division of Health Care, and we answer our phones.
